Thank you for your Interest in Joining the Coral Springs Tackle Football and Cheerleading Club

All registrations must be complete by May 1st.

If your player’s registration is not completed then he/she will not be permitted to continue to participate until his /her registration is completed.

• All players will need to have a current physical by a doctor in order to participate on the first day of practice. Forms are located to print under the football or Cheerleading document tabs on the website’s home page.
• All New players will need to provide the registrar with a copy of his/ her birth certificate at cheer tryout clinics or mass registration.
• All eligible registered players will be Impact baseline concussion tested every year at the expense of the CSTFC at BH Coral Springs. This is Mandatory for age appropriate players, by Appointment only.
• Non Residents of Coral Springs: Players who are not residents of the city of Coral Springs must first purchase a non-resident sports card ($180.00 per family) from the parks and recreation department. This is located in the gymnasium at 2501 Coral Springs Drive.
• All fees must be paid for in full in order for player’s registration process to be considered complete.
• Scholarship options and payment plans will be available.

CSTFC has a NO REFUND policy. In the event an emergency situation arises you may request a refund in writing to the registrar for approval at the next scheduled monthly CSTFC board meeting.
